Handeuleum leaves are herbal plants that have compounds that are beneficial to health, including: non-toxic alkaloid compounds, flavonids, steroids, saponins, and tannins that can relieve symptoms in hemorrhoids. With the various benefits of handeuleum leaves, unfortunately, people are not familiar with the benefits of handeuleum leaves. The formula used is 250gr of handeuleum leaves, 280gr of granulated sugar, and is made by the caramelization method, with data calculations using a likert scale. For the sample products to be tested to the panelists, the author used the sample code, namely A200 for the handeuleum leaf instant powder drink control product, and B300 for the handeuleum leaf instant powder drink experimental product. the result obtained for the B300 product is in terms of aroma, reaching an average value of 3.6 with a presentation of 72%. In terms of taste, it reached an average value of 4.3 with a percentage of 86%, in terms of texture it reached an average value of 4.2 with a percentage of 84%, and in terms of color it reached an average value of 3.9 with a percentage of 78%. From the results of these data, it shows that the instant powder drink of handeuleum leaves can be well received by the public.

Daun handeuleum merupakan tanaman herbal yang memiliki senyawa yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan, diantaranya : senyawa alkaloid non toksik, flavonid, steroid, saponin, dan tannin yang dapat meringankan gejala pada penyakit wasir. Dengan berbagai macam manfaat yang dimiliki daun handeuleum, sayang nya masyarakat belum familiar dengan manfaat daun handeuleum. formula yang digunakan adalah 250gr daun handeuleum, gula pasir 280gr, dan dibuat dengan metode karamelisasi, dengan perhitungan data menggunakan skala likert. Untuk produk sampel yang akan diujikan kepada panelis, penulis menggunakan kode sampel yaitu A200 untuk produk kontrol minuman serbuk instan daun handeuleum, dan B300 untuk produk eksperimen minuman serbuk instan daun handeuleum. hasil yang diperoleh untuk produk B300 adalah dari segi aroma, mencapai nilai rata-rata 3.6 dengan presentasi 72%. Dari segi rasa, mencapai nilai rata-rata 4.3 dengan persentase 86%, dari segi tekstur mencapai nilai rata-rata 4.2 dengan presentase 84%, dan dari segi warna mencapai nilai rata-rata 3.9 dengan persentase 78%. Dari hasil data tersebut menunjukan bahwa minuman serbuk instan daun handeuleum dapat diterima baik oleh masyarakat.
