Design graphic essay is a combination of several visual elements in the form of images, words, colors, to create a work. The work made by the author when meeting the requirements of the final project is in the form of a Digital Poster.The author identifies problems that are difficult to increase registration and workers because the company is a new company and does not have a design template, with the aim of increasing registration and adding workers, then the author makes an attractive digital poster design using the design principles of Harmony (Harmony), Balance (Proportion), Rhythm (Rhythm), Balance (Balance), Emphasis, and using the type of poster frame design (Frame) that will be published via Facebook

Desain grafis merupakan gabungan dari beberapa unsur visual berupa gambar, kata, warna, untuk membuat suatu karya. Hasil karya yang dibuat penulis saat memenuhi syarat tugas akhir berupa Poster Digital. Penulis mengidentifikasi masalah sulit meningkatkan pendaftaran dan pekerja dikarenakan perusahaan merupakan perusahaan baru dan tidak memiliki template desain, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pendaftaran dan menambah pekerja, lalu penulis membuat desain poster digital yang menarik menggunakan prinsip desain Keselarasan (Harmoni), Keseimbangan (Proporsi), Irama (Ritme), Keseimbangan (Balance), Penekanan (Emphasis), dan menggunakan jenis desain poster bingkai (Frame) yang akan di publikasi kan melalui facebook
