PENULISAN BUKU ANAK “GIGIKU SEHAT, AKU GEMBIRA” DENGAN MENERAPKAN TEKS PERSUASI

“Gigiku Sehat, Aku Gembira” is a children's book that has the theme of dental and oral health, this book applies a persuasive text that invites children to take care of their oral health. The purpose of writing this final project is to produce works in the form of children's books. The script writing refers to the theory of Leo (2022) and Kosasih (2017) for the application of persuasion texts. This final project uses descriptive data collection techniques from literature, questionnaires, and interviews. In this final report, the author explains the process of writing a script from pre-writing which consists of determining the theme, collecting materials, and compiling an outline. Then, writing drafts, and revising drafts. In addition, the author explains about the application of persuasive texts which consists of the steps for applying persuasive texts and linguistic rules. From the results of the writing, it was found that the children's book “Gigiku Sehat, Aku Gembira” with 34 pages and the target audience is children aged 5-9 years. In writing the script, the author finds that the theory presented by Kosasih (2017) is not very detailed. For this part, the author explains in the conclusion section in this Final Project report.

“Gigiku Sehat, Aku Gembira” adalah naskah buku anak dengan tema kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang menerapkan teks persuasi mengajak anak-anak untuk merawat kesehatan gigi dan mulut. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk menghasilkan karya dalam bentuk buku anak. Penulisan naskah merujuk teori Leo (2017) dan Kosasih (2017) untuk penerapan teks persuasi. Tugas akhir ini menggunakan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini, penulis menjelaskan proses penulisan naskah dari mulai merencanakan tulisan yang terdiri dari menentukan tema, mengumpulkan bahan, dan menyusun kerangka. Kemudian, menulis draf, dan merevisi draf. Selain itu, penulis menjelaskan mengenai penerapan teks persuasi yang terdiri dari langkah-langkah penerapan teks perusasi dan kaidah kebahasaannya. Dari hasil penulisan tersebut didapati karya buku anak “Gigiku Sehat, Aku Gembira” dengan jumlah halaman 34 dan target pembacanya anak usia 5-9 tahun. Dalam penulisan naskah, penulis mendapati bahwa teori yang dipaparkan oleh Kosasih (2017) tidak terlalu detail. Untuk bagian tersebut, penulis jelaskan pada bagian simpulan di laporan Tugas Akhir ini.
