Preferensi Masyarakat Terhadap Warung Tenda Pecel Lele di Kecamatan Jagakarsa

This writing is motivated by the author's personal assessment of cleanliness,
prices and menu variations at the catfish pecel tent. The author wants to discuss
the preferences of the people of the Jagakarsa sub-district towards the catfish
pecel tent stall in the Jagakarsa sub-district, seeing that pecel catfish is a small
and medium-sized catering business that is very easy to find and very popular but
has many shortcomings and needs improvement in the form of cleanliness, price,
and menu variations. The author uses an indicator of preference variables
consisting of 3 (three) dimensions, namely perception, motivation, attitude and is
further divided into 8 (eight) indicator variables, namely acceptance,
understanding, assessment, rational motivation, emotional motivation, tendencies,
beliefs, behavior to measure the level of public preference for cleanliness, prices,
and menu variations. The author wants to know the value of the community's
preference for the Jagakarsa sub-district on price cleanliness and menu variations at the catfish pecel tent stall by using a Likert scale to measure preferences and the author uses as many as 73 respondents in knowing the community's preference for catfish pecel tent stalls.
