Writing this final project discusses the problems in the printing process and the constraints on this observation machine on the Komori Lithrone G37 Offset Machine. The purpose of this paper is to overcome the problems in the print that occurred at PT Temprint. The Komori Lithrone G37 machine is the object of this writing and the problems in the printing process and the constraints on the machine are the variables of this writing. Data collection uses three methods, namely observation method, interview method, and literature study method. The preparation stage is in the form of industrial practice, data observation, and problem identification. Then at the implementation stage, the author collects data directly on the problems in the print, problems with the machine, solutions to these problems. The problem discussed in the writing of this final project is the Komori Lithrone G37 Offset Machine. The formulation of the problem discussed is a production defect caused by the engine, solutions to problems with the engine, how to maintain the Komori LIthrone G37 engine. These problems can be handled by PT Temprint properly.

Penulisan tugas akhir ini membahas permasalahan pada proses cetak dan kendala pada mesin pengamatan ini pada Mesin Ofset Komori Lithrone G37. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada hasil cetak yang terjadi di PT Temprint. Mesin Komori Lithrone G37 menjadi objek penulisan ini dan permasalahan pada proses hasil proses hasil cetak serta kendala pada mesin sebagai variabel penulisan ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga metode yang digunakan, yaitu metode observasi, metode wawancara, dan metode studi pustaka. Tahap persiapan berupa praktik industri, observasi data, dan identifikasi masalah. Kemudian pada tahap pelaksanaan, penulis melakukan pengumpulan data secara langsung permasalahan pada hasil cetak, permasalahan pada mesin, solusi pemecahan masalah tersebut. Permasalahn yang di bahas pada penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah Mesin Ofset Komori Lithrone G37. Rumusan masalah yang di bahas adalah cacat produksi yang di sebabkan karna mesin, solusi mengatasi masalah pada mesin, cara perawatan mesin Komori LIthrone G37. Permasalahan- permasalahan tersebut dapat ditangani oleh PT Temprint dengan baik.
