PERAN EDITOR DOKUMENTER TV “RAUP RUPIAH” EPISODE 1 ‘MENDULANG RUPIAH DI TENGAH PANDEMI COVID-19’

"Raup Rupiah" with the title ‘Mendulang Rupiah di Tengah Pandemi’ is a documentary
television which the writer made with the production team of Broadcasting students.
During the production, the writer worked as the editor. In this final project writing, the
writer wants to explain the role of a editor in the making of the documentary tv program
“Raup Rupiah” with the title of the episode ‘Mendulang Rupiah di Tengah Pandemi Covid19’. The theories used are some books about editor, documentary television, and the
content. In this final project, the writer uses descriptive method by describing the steps of
making the work, ranging from pre-production, production to post-production. Based on
the discussion, it can be concluded that the role of the editor in the process of making
editing must be prepared carefully starting from the determination of editing concepts to
offline and online editing processes.

“Raup Rupiah” dengan judul ‘Mendulang Rupiah di Tengah Pandemi’ merupakan karya
dokumenter tv yang penulis kerjakan bersama tim mahasiswa Prodi Penyiaran. Dalam
pembuatan karya tersebut, penulis berperan sebagai Editor. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir
ini menjelaskan peran seorang dalam pembuatan program dokumenter tv “Raup Rupiah”
dengan judul episode ‘Mendulang Rupiah di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19’. Tinjauan pustaka
yang digunakan adalah beberapa buku tentang editor, dokumenter televisi, dan konten yang
dibahas. Dalam tugas akhir ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan
menjabarkan langkah-langkah pembuatan karya, mulai dari praproduksi, produksi hingga
pascaproduksi. Berdasarkan pembahasan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran Editor dalam
proses pembuatan Editing harus dipersiapkan dengan matang mulai dari penentuan konsep
editing sampai peroses Editing offline dan online
