“Identifikasi Permasalahan Proses Bag Making Kemasan Fleksibel Standing Pouch Di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk. Divisi Packaging”
The process of making flexible packaging in the form of a pouch in the bag making process cannot be separated from problems that affect the results of the pouch so that it does not match the customer's wishes and can become waste. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Packaging Division is a factory engaged in the packaging sector which has big challenges because the waste generated is large and the products made are products that are not easily biodegradable. The dominant problems in the bag making process at PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur in the Packaging Division include pitch variations (inaccurate seals, frames, and punch sets), blisters, and spots so that action is taken to solve the causes of these problems using the affinity diagram method. For various pitch solutions, among others, careful WIP connections, shifting sensors and seals, personnel training, and strict WIP checks. Avoiding the problem of scuffing on the film can reduce the seal pressure of the zipper area lock and use equipment in good condition. The problem of inkjet emission hasll is to perform maintenance on the inkjet unit.

Proses pembuatan kantong kemasan fleksibel berbentuk kantong/pouch pada proses bag making tidaklah lepas dari permasalahan yang mempengaruhi hasil pouch sehingga tidak sesuai keinginan costumer dan dapat menjadi sampah. PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Divisi Packaging adalah pabrik yang bergerak di bidang packaging memiliki tantangan yang besar karena sampah yang dihasilkan termasuk besar dan produk yang dibuat adalah produk yang tidak mudah terurai di alam. Permasalahan yang dominan pada proses bag making di PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Divisi Packaging antara lain pitch variasi (seal, frame, dan punch set tidak presisi), lecet, dan bintik sehingga dilakukan tindakan solusi terhadap penyebab dari permasalahan tersebut dengan metode diagram afinitas. Untuk solusi pitch varisai mantara lain menyambung WIP yang teliti, menggeser sensor dan seal, training personil, dan pengecekan WIP yang ketat. Menghindari masalah lecet pada film dapat melakukan pengurangan tekanan seal kunci area zipper dan menggunakan peralatan dengan kondisi yang baik. Masalah bintik hasll pancaran inkjet adalah melakukan perawatan terhadap unit inkjet. Kata kunci : Kemasan Fleksibel, Pembuatan Kantong, Diagram Afinitas.
