PERANCANGAN MOTION GRAPHIC PROFILE SEKOLAH COMMUNITY LEARNING CENTER SABAH MALAYSIA

ABSTRAK
CLC or Indonesian community learning center is an educational institution
formed on the basis of initiatives from, by and for the local community, especially
oil palm plantation companies, as well as local communities in Sabah and
supported and fostered by the Government of Indonesia. The limited access to
education for the children of migrant workers in Malaysia's Sabah region means
that some of them do not have access to education and are forced to work to help
their parents. CLC in Sabah still does not know much about the flow of education,
from this problem the author uses data collection methods by conducting interviews
and observations so that the author's goal to make this CLC school introduction
video can be understood from all angles. The limit of the problem from this
discussion is that the flow of CLC school education is not widely known by
Indonesian citizens in Sabah. And the purpose of designing this final project is to
design a motion graphic-based profile video as a medium of information on social
media to get to know CLC schools in Sabah Malaysia, so that the public, especially
Indonesian citizens, can know the flow of education in CLC schools. The benefit of
this work is that Indonesian citizens want to send their children to CLC schools and
get education up to college level. The conclusion of this problem is that the author
wants children who have already worked to follow their parents to want to go to
school to get a more decent education.

CLC atau pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat Indonesia adalah lembaga
pendidikan yang dibentuk atas dasar prakarsa dari, oleh dan untuk masyarakat
setempat, khususnya perusahaan perkebunan sawit, juga masyarakat lokal setempat
di Sabah serta didukung dan dibina oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Terbatasnya akses
pendidikan untuk anak-anak pekerja migran di wilayah Sabah Malaysia, membuat
sebagian dari mereka tidak memperoleh akses pendidikan dan terpaksa bekerja
membantu orang tua. CLC di Sabah masih kurang banyak yang mengetahui tentang
alur pendidikannya, dari masalah tersebut penulis menggunakan metode
penggumpulan data dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi agar tujuan

penulis untuk membuat video perkenalan sekolah CLC ini dapat di pahami dari
segala sudut padang. Adapun batas masalah dari pembahasan ini adalah alur
pendidikan sekolah CLC belum banyak diketahui oleh WNI di Sabah. Dan tujuan
dari perancangan karya tugas akhir ini adalah merancang video profil berbasis
motion graphic sebagai media informasi di media sosial untuk mengenal sekolah
CLC yang berada di Sabah Malaysia, agar Masyarakat khususnya WNI dapat
mengetahui alur dari Pendidikan yang ada di sekolah CLC. Manfaat dari karya ini
agar WNI ingin masukkan anak nya ke sekolah clc dan mendapatkan pendidikan
hingga tingkat perkulian. kesimpulan dari masalah ini adalah penulis ingin anak
anak yang sudah terlanjur kerja mengikuti orang tua nya ingin bersekolah unut
mendapatkan pendidikan yang lebih layak.
