STUDI KASUS FAKTOR MESIN DAN SDM TERHADAP PENYIMPANGAN TARGET PRODUKSI HARIAN PADA MESIN CETAK GTO 52

Daily production target deviation is an unavoidable problem in the printing industry. This case study aims to determine the factors that cause deviations in daily production targets on the GTO 52 printing machine at PT Citra Indoutama Cemerlang. In theory, there are five factors that cause the problem, but the author chooses to limit only human factors and machine factors to be discussed in this case. These factors become the main subject of discussion of the problem to determine the efficiency value of printed products and to determine the influence of human factors and machine factors on the daily production process. At this writing, the author uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study to obtain data that will be processed. Based on the method used, the authors can know more about the value of the production efficiency of the GTO 52 printing machine. The production efficiency of the GTO 52 printing machine utilized at PT Citra Indoutama Cemerlang is only 16.29% of production capacity. The human factor is not a problem in the production process on the GTO 52 printing machine, but the machine factor becomes the main problem in the production process on the GTO 52 printing machine. This is due to the age of the machine which is not economical and many spare parts are replaced instead of the original. This can be proven by numerous machine faulty until the machine proficiency decline.

Penyimpangan target produksi harian adalah masalah yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam industri percetakan. Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya penyimpangan target produksi harian pada mesin cetak GTO 52 di PT Citra Indoutama Cemerlang. Secara teori, terdapat lima faktor penyebab masalah tersebut, tetapi penulis memilih untuk membatasi hanya faktor manusia dan faktor mesin untuk dibahas dalam kasus ini. Faktor-faktor tersebut menjadi pokok utama pembahasan permasalahan untuk mengetahui nilai efisiensi produk cetak serta mengetahui pengaruh faktor manusia dan faktor mesin pada proses produksi harian. Pada penulisan ini, penulis menggunakan metode pengamatan, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan untuk mendapatkan data yang bakal diolah. Berdasarkan metode yang dijalankan, penulis dapat mengenal lebih nilai efisiensi produksi mesin cetak GTO 52. Efisiensi produksi mesin cetak GTO 52 yang termanfaatkan di PT Citra Indoutama Cemerlang hanya 16,29% kapasitas produksi. Faktor manusia tidak menjadi masalah pada proses produksi di mesin cetak GTO 52, akan tetapi faktor mesin menjadi masalah utama pada proses produksi di mesin cetak GTO 52. Hal ini disebabkan oleh usia mesin yang sudah tidak ekonomis dan banyak sparepart yang diganti bukan yang aslinya. ini bisa dibuktikan dengan banyaknya permasalahan mesin sehingga mesin tersebut mengalami penurunan efisiensi.
