PEMBUATAN BUKU MOTIVASI SEBAGAI BUKU BACAAN PADA ANAK DI ERA PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI

ABSTRAK

Perkembangan teknologi memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap setiap orang, baik orang dewasa, remaja, terlebih kepada anak-anak. Kurangnya minat belajar dan membaca pada anak sangat berkaitan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Adanya gadget atau smartphone membuat anak-anak lupa untuk belajar, ditambah dengan kurangnya perhatian orang tua kepada anak menjadi salah satu hal yang membuat anak semakin merasa bebas untuk tidak belajar. Orang tua seharusnya lebih teliti dalam memperhatikan anak dalam belajar, menyempatkan waktu untuk mengajari anak. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan penelitian di SD Swasta Wesley sebagai tempat pengumpulan data-data. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah observasi langsung ke sekolah tersebut dan melakukan wawancara kepada salah seorang guru yang mengajar di sekolah itu. Beberapa siswa kelas 1 SD Swasta Wesley masih ada yang belum bisa membaca, beberapa siswa tersebut juga ada yang belum bisa menulis namanya sendiri, hal ini termasuk salah satu pengaruh teknologi terhadap anak yang mengalihkan niat belajar mereka, nyatanya banyak anak-anak yang lebih mengerti handphone meskipun dia belum tau membaca. Dari permasalahan yang ada, penulis mengangkat sebuah judul untuk Tugas akhir yaitu Pembuatan buku motivasi sebagai buku bacaan pada anak di era perkembangan teknologi, dimana judul tersebut akan menghasilkan suatu karya buku bacaan motivasi belajar pada anak. Buku tersebut berisi ajakan untuk mendorong anak agar lebih giat dalam belajar dan membaca serta manfaat-manfaat jika anak giat dalam belajar, mendorong anak untuk menjadi lebih aktif dalam belajar supaya masa depan mereka tidak terbengkalai akibat dari pengaruh buruk pada perkembangan teknologi zaman sekarang ini.

ABSTRACT

Technological developments have a major influence on everyone, both adults, teenagers, especially children. Lack of interest in learning and reading in children is closely related to technological developments. The existence of gadgets or smartphones makes children forget to study, coupled with the lack of parental attention to children is one of the things that makes children feel more free not to study. Parents should be more careful in paying attention to their children in learning, taking the time to teach children. In this case, the author conducted research at Wesley Private Elementary School as a place to collect data. The research method that the author uses is direct observation to the school and conducting interviews with one of the teachers who teach at the school. Some of the first graders of Wesley Private Elementary School still cannot read, some of these students also cannot write their own names, this is one of the effects of technology on children which diverts their learning intentions, in fact many children understand mobile phones better Even though he doesn't know how to read. From the existing problems, the author raised a title for the final project, namely Making motivational books as reading books for children in the era of technological development, where the title will produce a work of motivational reading books for children. The book contains an invitation to encourage children to be more active in learning and reading as well as the benefits if children are active in learning, encouraging children to be more active in learning so that their future is not neglected due to the bad influence on today's technological developments.
