PERAN PROGRAM DIRECTOR PRODUKSI PROGRAM TELEVISI MULTIKAMERA "HIGHWAY MUSIC"

Television music program is a performance of a single musician, vocalist, or musical group (band) on a stage specially designed for musical performances and witnessed by an audience in the field, stadium, hall, cafe (outdoor), or in a studio (indoor) with a multi-camera system. live or record. In every television program, there are stages to produce it starting from pre-production, production, to post-production if needed. In that stage, the Program Director plays a crucial role, start from making the initial concept with the producer and creative team, treating the entire crew and technical staff, to designing the visualization of the concept that has been created. In this final project report, the author is responsible as Program Director for the multicamera live television program “Highway Music” which is a music format television program with the aim of becoming a forum for talented artists who are less well known in public. This program is presented in a fun and interesting way so that the audience can enjoy this Highway Music program.

Program musik televisi adalah suatu pertunjukkan musikus tunggal, vokalis, atau grup musik (band) di atas panggung yang dirancang khusus untuk pertunjukan musik dan disaksikan penonton di lapangan, stadion, aula, kafe (outdoor), ataupun dalam studio (indoor) dengan multikamera sistem secara live ataupun record. Dalam setiap program televisi, terdapat tahapan-tahapan untuk memproduksinya mulai dari Pra produksi, produksi, hingga ke tahap pasca produksi apabila diperlukan. Didalam tahapan tersebut, Program Director memegang peranan yang sangat penting mulai dari pembuatan konsep awal bersama produser dan tim kreatif, treatment untuk keseluruhan kru dan teknis, hingga merancang visualisasi dari konsep yang telah dibuat. Dalam penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini, penulis bertanggung jawab sebagai Program Director untuk program televisi live multicamera “Highway Music” yang merupakan program televisi berformat musik dengan tujuan untuk menjadi wadah bagi seniman seniman berbakat yang kurang terkenal di masyarakat. Program ini dibawakan secara fun dan menarik sehingga penonton dapat menikmati acara Highway Music ini.
