PRODUK PIPILTIN COCOA DALAM FOTOGRAFI KOMERSIAL

Commercial photography is a photo that has a selling value, and this photography is made in accordance with commercial purposes, for example for the promotion of a product. Therefore, to be able to attract viewers and consumers to try a product, of course, an interesting photo is needed. Interesting photos do not escape the role of lighting, namely continuous light and strobe light. Both have different characteristics and affect the results in the photo. Pipiltin Cocoa products are used to determine the effect that can be displayed with continuous light and strobe light. Therefore, this work was created to show how to visualize Pipiltin Cocoa using continuous light and strobe light lighting techniques. For this reason, the theory used by the author in making this work is about commercial photography, color, lighting and Pipiltin Cocoa. There are methods that are carried out before heading to the photo shoot in the form of observation and literature study to collect related data. Published in 15 photo works, the shooting was done using the camera, property, background, and lighting. The making of this work is expected to add to the literature on making commercial photography works and can help introduce Indonesian original products.

Fotografi komersial yaitu foto yang memiliki nilai jual, serta fotografi ini dibuat sesuai dengan tujuan komersial misalnya untuk promosi dari sebuah produk. Maka dari itu, untuk dapat menarik viewer dan konsumen untuk mencoba suatu produk, tentu saja diperlukan foto yang menarik pula. Foto yang menarik tak luput dari peran pencahayaan yaitu continuous light dan strobe light. Keduanya memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda serta memengaruhi hasil pada foto. Produk Pipiltin Cocoa digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang dapat ditampilkan dengan continuous light dan strobe light. Oleh karena itu karya ini dibuat untuk dapat menampilkan bagaimana memvisualkan Pipiltin Cocoa dengan penggunaan teknik pencahayaan continuous light dan strobe light. Untuk itu, teori yang digunakan penulis dalam pembuatan karya ini adalah mengenai fotografi komersial, warna, pencahayaan serta Pipiltin Cocoa. Terdapat metode yang dilakukan sebelum menuju pemotretan yang berupa observasi dan studi pustaka untuk mengumpulkan data-data terkait. Ditampilkan ke dalam 15 karya foto, pemotretan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kamera, properti, background, dan lighting. Pembuatan karya ini diharapkan dapat menambah literatur mengenai pembuatan karya fotografi komersial serta dapat membantu mengenalkan produk asli Indonesia.
