TINJAUAN PROSES CETAK KEMASAN DUPLEX DI MESIN OFFSET SPEEDMASTER 102 DI PT TEMPRINA MEDIA GRAFIKA

Permasalahan yang ada di mesin offset speedmaster 102 yaitu hasil cetakan yang tidak register. Pada saat mencetak terdapat noda pada kemasan karton duplex Mengetahui alur proses produksi mesin offset. Mengetahui permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses cetak mesin offset. Mengetahui solusi dari permasalahan yang ada pada proses produksi mesin offset . Hasil kemasan akan dicek kualitasnya dengan tim QC (Quality Control) untuk menentukan hasil yang baik, selanjutnya akan di kirim ke customer Dalam pengamatan proses cetak dan pengamatan di lapangan, penulis melakukan beberapa rangkaian yaitu, penggalian informasi, mengambil data berupa hasil cetak kemasan karton duplex pada proses cetak, pencarian referensi. Rangkaian ini penulis lakukan agar selama pengamatan tertrukstur dengan baik, hal ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan penulis dalam menyusun Tugas Akhir Dengan pengamatan hasil cetak kemasan karton duplex penulis menyimpulkan bahwa kesalahan hasil produksi bisa kita kurangi dengan meninjau hasil yang kurang baik, supaya biaya yang di butuhkan tidak terbuang begitu saja dan bisa menghemat waktu produksi. Kebutuhan perusahaan bisa di maksimalkan dengan baik dan tepat waktu agar hasil produksi memiliki kualitas yang baik.
