PRODUSER PROGRAM TELEVISI LIVE TALKSHOW MULTIKAMERA "WE WERE YOUNG"

The final project writing explains the producer's work in producing the Multi Camera Live Talkshow television program, explains the production design carried out by the producer on the Multi Camera Live Talkshow television program, and
explains the production process and the obstacles faced during the production of the Multi Camera Live Talkshow television program "We Were Young". . In this final
project, the author uses the SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) analysis method to determine the program's internal strengths and weaknesses and
anticipate opportunities. Based on the production process, it can be seen that the role of the producer is to determine and develop program ideas, create program concepts,
determine program segmentation, determine guest stars, and determine locations according to program concepts. Producers play a role in making budget designs,
schedules, and overseeing the production process. Some of the obstacles that occur during the production process, the role of the producer in supervising the production
process is to provide solutions to problems that occur, with the hope that the production process can run according to the existing schedule.

Penulisan Tugas Akhir menjelaskan kerja produser dalam memproduksi Program televisi Live Talkshow Multi Kamera, menjelaskan desain produksi yang dilakukan produser pada program televisi Live Talkshow Multi Kamera, dan menjelaskan proses produksi serta kendala yang dihadapi selama produksi program televisi Live Talkshow Multi Kamera “We Were Young”. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini penulis menggunakan metode analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity,
Threat) untuk mengetahui kekuatan dan kelemahan internal program serta mengantisipasi peluang. Berdasarkan proses produksi dapat diketahui bahwa peran produser menentukan dan mengembangkan ide program, membuat konsep program, menentukan segmentasi program, menentukan guest star, dan menentukan lokasi sesuai konsep program. Produser berperan membuat desain budget, schedule, dan mengawasi proses produksi. Beberapa kendala yang terjadi saat proses produksi, peran produser dalam mengawasi proses produksi yaitu memberikan solusi atas masalah yang terjadi, dengan harapan proses produksi bisa berjalan sesuai dengan schedule yang ada.
