IDENTIFIKASI MASALAH BAYANG PADA KEMASAN MIE INSTAN DI MESIN PRINTING ROTOGRAVURE

Along with the times, more and more international market-oriented industries have emerged, one of which is factories that produce and process plastic packaging. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK Flexible Packaging Division is one of the flexible packaging producing industries that has modern machines and enough to keep up with the demands of the broad market. From the data that the author took during the observations in PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK Flexible Packaging Division, in the process of printing instant noodle packaging there are often problems including shadows, spots, misregisters, and berets. For the problem of shadow prints as much as 71%, theresults of the data show that the problem of shadow prints is more dominant. For the problem of spotting in printed results as much as 27%, theresults of the data show that the problem of spotting in printed results is not very dominant. Then for the problem of misregister in printed results as much as 49%, theresults of the data show that the problem of misregisters in printed results is quite dominating. The last problem is the problem of berets in printed results as much as 17%, andthe results of the data show that the problem of berets in printed results does not dominate.

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, semakin banyak bermunculan industri yang berorientasi pasar internasional, salah satunya adalah pabrik yang memproduksi dan mengolah kemasan plastik. PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK Flexible Packaging Division salah satu industri penghasil kemasan flexible yang memiliki mesin yang modern dan cukup banyak untuk mengikuti permintaan pasar luas. Dari data yang penulis ambil selama pengamatan di PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur TBK Flexible Packaging Division, pada proses cetak kemasan mie instan sering terjadi masalah diantaranya bayang, bercak, misregister, dan baret. Untuk permasalahan hasil cetak bayang sebanyak 71%, dari hasil data tersebut menunjukan bahwa permasalahan hasil cetak bayang lebih dominan. Untuk permasalahan bercak pada hasil cetakan sebanyak 27%, dari hasil data tersebut menunjukan bahwa permasalahan bercak pada hasil cetakan tidak terlalu dominan. Kemudian untuk permasalahan misregister pada hasil cetakan sebanyak 49%, dari hasil data tersebut menunjukan bahwa permasalahan misregister pada hasil cetakan cukup mendominasi. Permasalahan terakhir yaitu permasalahan baret pada hasil cetakan sebanyak 17%, dari hasil data tersebut menunjukan bahwa permasalahan baret pada hasil cetakan tidak mendominasi.
