Abstract
In the midst of the proliferation of creative agencies, many CM PRODUCTION “Creativity Of Millenials” have become production houses that use social media as a source of information and entertainment for the public. The selection of YouTube social media, as a Media Planner, Media Planner must be able to work with good language skills, knowledge skills, and experience in media social for creativity. in order to avoid miscommunication during content work, and media planners must be able to provide fresh content and have interaction with the target audience and create better and more interesting content than before.

Di tengah maraknya creative agency yang banyak CM PRODUCTION “Creativity Of Millenials” menjadi production house yang menggunakan media sosial sebagai sumber informasi dan hiburan untuk masyarakat Pemilihan media sosial YouTube, Sebagai Media Planner, Media Planner harus bisa berkerja dengan kemampuan berbahasa yang baik, keterampilan ilmu, dan pengalaman dalam media sosial untuk sebuah kreativitas. agar tidak terjadi miskom Selama pengerjaan konten, dan media planner harus mampu memberikan konten yang fresh dan memiliki interaksi dengan target audiens serta membuat konten yang lebih baik dan menarik dari sebelumnya.
