Eksperimen Pemanfaatan Kulit Pisang Sebagai Penjernih Minyak Jelantah

The formulation of the problem in this experiment is the pufification of used cooking oil using banana peel waste. The following points are contained in this experiment from chapter I to chapter V, namely; I) Backround regarding the selection of the title of the Final Project, II) Discussing the Literature Review. III) Explains the Implementation Method regarding the data/object of writing, data collection Method,data collection techniques, Measurement and Analysis, Scope, and Work Steps Iv) In this chapter there is a discussion of the Final Experiment Phase, a description of the formulation development, the obstacles faced, sensory test on purification of used cooking oil using banana peel and result of used cooking oil from aspects of color, aroma, taste, and after taste.

Rumusan masalah pada percobaan ini adalah penjernihan minyak jelantah menggunakan limbah kulit pisang.
Berikut point-point yang terdapat pada percobaan ini dari BAB I hingga BAB V adalah, : I) Latar belakang mengenai pemilihan judul Tugas Akhir, II) Membahas mengenai Tinjaun Pustaka. III) Menjelaskan Metode Pelaksanaan mengenai data/objek penulisan, Metode Pengumpulan Data, Teknik Pengumpulan data, Pengukuran dan Analisa, Ruang lingkup, dan Langkah kerja IV) Pada bab ini, tedapat Pembahasan mengenai Tahap Percobaan Final, Deskripsi pengembangan formulasi, kendala yang dihadapi, Uji Sensori Terhadap Penjernihan Minyak Jelantah Menggunakan Kulit Pisang, dan Hasil dari minyak jelantah dari aspek warna, aroma, rasa, serta after taste.
