PERANCANGAN SABLON DIGITAL MENGGUNAKAN BAHAN POLYFLEX UNTUK MENGHASILKAN GLOW IN THE DARK

ABSTRAK

Masalah penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana proses perancangan sablon plolyflex untuk menghasilkan glow in the dark dan bagaimana hasil akhir dari perancangan sablon digital menggunakan bahan polyflex menghasilkan glow in the dark. Tujuan Mengetahui proses perancangan penggunaan bahan polyflex untuk menghasilkan glow in the dark dan hasil akhir dari perancangan sablon digital menggunkan bahan polyflex untuk menghasilkan glow in the dark. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk proses perancangan sablon polyflex menghasilkan glow in the dark yaitu observasi sebagai penelitian dan wawancara.hasil dari perancangan sablon polyflex menghasilkan glow in the dark adalah sebuah karya sablon atau produk kaos yang di sablon menggunakan bahan polyflex yang menghasilkanglow in the dark yang benar terjadi pemancaran cahaya pada ruang gelap.Perancangan dilakukan melalui pracetak dimulai membuat desain menggunakan Adobe Photoshop, Coreldraw, & Art cut. Pada proses cetak menggunakan mesin cutting yang diatur posisi polyflex hingga selesai dan pada proses pengelupasan bagian polyflex yang tidak dicetak menggunakan pinset, lalu tahap press menggunakan mesin heat press yang diatur suhu dan proses pasca cetak dilakukan pelepasan masking polyflex pada baju yang telah selesai.

ABSTRACT

The problem of this research is how is the process of designing plolyflex screen printing to produce glow in the dark and how the final result of digital screen printing using polyflex material is to produce glow in the dark. Objective To know the design process of using polyflex material to produce glow in the dark and the final result of designing digital screen printing using polyflex material to produce glow in the dark. The research method used for the polyflex screen printing design process produces glow in the dark, namely observation as research and interviews. the results of the polyflex screen printing design producing glow in thedark is a screen printing work or t-shirt product that is screened using polyflex material that produces glow in the dark the truth is that light is emitting in a dark room. The design is done through preprinting, starting with making designs using Adobe Photoshop, Coreldraw, & Art cut. In the printing process using a cutting machine that is set to the polyflex position until it is finished and in the process of exfoliating the polyflex part that is not printed using tweezers, then the press stageuses a heat press machine that is set at a temperature and the post-printing process removes the polyflex masking on the finished shirt.
