PENERAPAN TATA CARA PERAWATAN MESIN SABLON DIRECT TO FILM BINTERJET V3 AGAR TERHINDAR DARI PERMASALAHAN HEAD CLOGING

The rapid development of the Digital Printing industry makes the presence of new
discoveries that make it easier for people in the printing field. When Digital Printing
began to enter the screen printing shutter, this technology was in great demand by
entrepreneurs who printed t-shirts and other prints. When manual screen printing
requires a lot of ink, this is overcome by Digital Printing technology. Without setting
aside the old manual screen printing method, based on the above background and
experience gained during entrepreneurial practice, the author sees the importance
of maintaining head clogging applied in entrepreneurial industry internships in
order to avoid good and good print quality. will be used as the main discussion in
writing this final project. The data collection techniques used are Observation,
Focus Group Discussion, and Literature Study. factors regarding the problems that
exist in the clogging print head include: Paper jumps, dusty room, surface of the
print head has abrasions, leaks dumper occurs, room temperature should not be too
hot. The solution to reduce the occurrence of print head clogging on the Binterjet
PSD V3 machine is to pay attention to the SOP for inserting paper so that paper
jumps do not occur when printing, pay attention to the condition of the room where
you put the machine unit in accordance with the SOP, must often clean the head so
that the print head surface no dirt.

Berkembangnya industri Digital Printing secara pesat membuat hadirnya
penemuan-penemuan baru yang memudahkan masyarakat dalam bidang
percetakan. Saat Digital Printing mulai memasuki rana sablon, teknologi ini banyak
diminati oleh pengusaha cetak sablon kaos maupun cetak lainnya. Di saat cetak
sablon manual memerlukan banyak tinta, hal ini teratasi oleh teknologi Digital
Printing. Tanpa mengesampingkan metode lama sablon manual, berdasarkan latar
belakang diatas dan pengalaman yang diperoleh saat praktik
kewierausahaan,penulis melihat pentingnya perawatan terhadap head clogging
yang diterapkan di magang industri kewirausahaan agar terhindar dari kualitas
cetak yang baik dan bagus.Pada tahap identifikasi masalah dilakukan pengumpulan
data yang akan digunakan sebagai bahasan pokok pada penulisan tugas akhir ini.
Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi, Focus Group
Discussion, dan Studi Pustaka. faktor mengenai permasalahan yang ada pada print
head clogging antara lain :Paper jump,Ruangan berdebu, Permukaan print head
mengalami lecet, Terjadinya dumper bocor,Suhu ruangan tidak boleh terlalu panas.
Solusi untuk mengurangi terjadinya print head clogging padamesin Binterjet PSD
V3, adalah dengan memperhatikan SOP memasukan kertas agar tidak terjadi paper
jump pada saat mencetak, memperhatikan kondisi ruangan tempat menaruh unit
mesin yang sesuai dengan SOP, harus sering-sering headcleaning agar permukaan
print head tidak ada kotoran.
