UPAYA PENYESUAIAN WARNA STANDAR PADA PROSES CETAK ROTOGRAVURE BERDASARKAN ARTWORK KEMASAN

Warna merupakan karakteristik terpenting dalam kualitas mutu hasil cetakan. Penyesuaian warna standar merupakan hal penting dalam proses cetak yang harus sesuai dengan artwork kemasan dan suatu produk akan dinilai berkualitas apabila dapat memenuhi keinginan konsumen akan nilai produk yang dihasilkan serta bisa terjalin kerjasama dalam jangka panjang. Faktor yang memengaruhi warna standar tidak sesuai dengan artwork kemasan diantaranya manusia, mesin, bahan dan metode. Adapun upaya untuk penyesuaian warna standar proses cetak berdasarkan arwork kemasan perlu dilakukan tahapan dengan alat bantu ukur warna. Dalam pembahasan ini teridentifikasi permasalahan yang timbul akibat warna standar saat proses cetak terjadi perbedaan dengan artwork kemasan, dan cara untuk penyesuaian hasil warna standar berdasarkan artwork kemasan pada mesin cetak rotogravure.

Color is the most important characteristic in the quality of the printout. Standard color adjustment is an important matter in the printing process which must match the packaging artwork and a product will be considered quality if it can fulfill consumer desires for the value of the product produced and long-term collaboration can be established. Factors that affect standard colors that do not match the packaging artwork include humans, machines, materials and methods. As for efforts to adjust the standard color of the printing process based on the packaging arwork, it is necessary to carry out stages with a color measuring tool. In this discussion, we identify problems that arise due to differences in the standard color during the printing process with the packaging artwork, and ways to adjust the standard color results based on the packaging artwork on a rotogravure printing machine.
