Peran Employee Relation Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Karyawan Hotel The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Jakarta

ABSTRAK

Employee relation menjadi salah satu hal yang memiliki peran dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada suatu perusahaan yang dimana penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Hotel The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran aspek-aspek dari employee relation dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Hotel The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Jakarta. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Employee relation dan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Employee Relation merupakan komunikasi antara satu karyawan dengan karyawan lainnya, membangun suatu relation membutuhkan suatu kesepakatan antar karyawan, namun masih ada beberapa karyawan yang masih belum bisa menerima pendapat karyawan lainnya yang membutuhkan aspek untuk mengatasi hal tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dan distribusi frekuensi, sampel yang digunakan ialah karyawan Hotel The Bellezza yang sudah bekerja selama 1 tahun. Hasil penelitian ini adalah adanya peran employee Relation dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Hotel The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Jakarta. Aspek yang paling berperan penting ialah Penghargaan hasil kerja dimana dengan aspek yang paling banyak dipilih oleh responden.

ABSTRACT
Employee relations is one of the things that has a role in improving employee performance in a company where this research was conducted on employees of The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Hotel Jakarta. This study aims to determine how the role of aspects of employee relations in improving employee performance at The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Hotel Jakarta. The independent variable in this study is employee relations and the dependent variable is employee performance. Employee Relations is a communication between one employee and another employee, building a relationship requires an agreement between employees, but there are still some employees who still cannot accept the opinions of other employees who need aspects to overcome this. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis and frequency distribution, the sample used is employees of The Bellezza Hotel who have worked for 1 year. The results of this study are the role of employee relations in improving the performance of employees of The Bellezza Suites Permata Hijau Hotel Jakarta. The aspect that plays the most important role is the work award which is the aspect most chosen by respondents.
