PENGARUH FILM PENDEK ANIMASI 3D LIMITATION TERHADAP MOTIVASI INTERNAL FINANCIAL MAHASISWA ANIMASI POLITEKNIK NEGERI MEDIA KREATIF

This study aims to make the 3D animation film "Limitation" an internal financial motivation for animation students at the State Polytechnic of Creative Media. This study uses a quantitative approach with explanatory research design. Respondents were animation students at the State Polytechnic of Creative Media who took part in the screening of the 3D animation film “Limitation”. In the pre-test stage, respondents completed a questionnaire aimed at measuring their prior knowledge of their internal economic motivation. Respondents were then shown the animated film "Limitation," which focuses on internal financial motivation. After watching the film, a posttest stage was carried out using the same questionnaire to measure the respondents' knowledge acquisition.
The results showed a significance value of 0.001 which was smaller than 0.05, besides that the average before and after treatment, where the average after was 14.40 while before it was 9.05 there was a significant increase in the dependent variable (Y) after the intervention so that Ho rejected, Ha accepted with: There is a significant difference from the treatment (3D Animated Film "Limitation") on internal motivation in Financial animation students at the State Polytechnic of Creative Media. This shows that the 3D animation film "Limitation" can be used as a medium to increase knowledge and increase internal financial motivation of animation students at the Creative Media State Polytechnic.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan film animasi 3D “Limitation” sebagai motivasi internal financial mahasiswa animasi Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penelitian Eksplanatif design. Responden adalah mahasiswa animasi Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif yang mengikuti pemutaran film animasi 3D “Limitation”.
Pada tahap pre-test, responden menyelesaikan kuesioner yang bertujuan untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal mahasiswa tentang motivasi ekonomi internal mahasiswa. Responden kemudian diperlihatkan film animasi "Limitation," yang berfokus pada motivasi internal financial. Setelah menonton film, dilakukan tahap posttest dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang sama untuk mengukur perolehan pengetahuan responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 dimana lebih kecil dari 0.05, selain itu rata-rata pada sebelum dan sesudah treatment, yang dimana rata-rata sesudah adalah 14.40 sedangkan sebelum adalah 9.05 adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada variabel terikat (Y) setelah intervensi sehingga Ho ditolak, Ha diterima dengan : Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dari treatment (Film 3D Animasi “Limitation”) terhadap motivasi internal dalam Financial mahasiswa animasi Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa film animasi 3D "Limitation" dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk menambah pengetahuan dan meningkatkan motivasi internal financial mahasiswa animasi Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif.
