PENGUKURAN EFEKTIVITAS MESIN FLEXOGRAFI JHF 9 MENGGUNAKAN METODE OVERALL EQUIPMENT EFFECTIVENESS (OEE)

PT Rapipack Asritama adalah suatu perusahaan percetakan karton gelombang yang bergerak dalam industri kemasan serta melayani jasa desain dan percetakan karton gelombang. PT Rapipack Asritama menggunakan beberapa mesin cetak untuk menunjang proses produksi yaitu flexografi JHF 9. pada bulan februari 2023 persentase kerusakan mesin flexografi JHF sebesar 52%. Apabila mesin mengalami kerusakan maka proses produksi akan berhenti dan menunggu perbaikan mesin. ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas mesin cetak, mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas mesin cetak dengan melakukan perhitungan Availability rate, Performance rate, Quality rate, dan OEE. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mesin cetak flexografi JHF 9 memiliki nilai OEE dibawah standar JIPM yaitu 85%. Faktor yang paling dominan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas mesin flexografi JHF 9 yaitu downtime mesin, set-up mesin, dan losstime mesin. Tiga hal tersebut mempengaruhi Availability rate dan mempengaruhi kecepatan mesin Performance rate dengan demikian akan membuat persentase OEE menurun.

PT Rapipack Asritama is a wave carton printing company engaged in the packaging industry and serves wave carton design and printing services. PT Rapipack Asritama uses several printing machines to support the production process, namely JHF 9 flexography. in February 2023 the percentage of JHF flexography machine damage was 52%. If the machine is damaged, the production process will stop and wait for machine repair. This aims to determine the effectiveness of the printing machine, determine the factors that affect the effectiveness of the printing machine by calculating the Availability rate, Performance rate, Quality rate, and OEE. The results show that the JHF 9 flexographic printing machine has an OEE value below the JIPM standard of 85%. The most dominant factors affecting the effectiveness of the JHF 9 flexographic press are machine downtime, machine set-up, and machine losstime. These three things affect the Availability rate and affect the machine Performance rate, thus making the OEE percentage decrease.
