RANCANG BANGUN PROSES PURCHASING BERBASIS SISTEM ERP (ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING) MENGGUNAKAN ODOO 13 DI PT GRAFIKA MULTI WARNA

In production process, the company must have a team that handles purchase process for production process. Purchasing process is responsible for requisition, purchase of goods and supplier selection. In the purchasing process, we need tools to help the process. One of them using ERP software. However, existing ERP software has some drawbacks. To find out the purchasing process using an ERP system, the author describes the purchasing process using an ERP system using Odoo. The use of the database for the purchasing process is quite effective and easy to understand. Odoo also has a display that easy to understand and can be integrated between departments which is easy to apply in the company through the available modules. The suggestion for the purchasing department is to use the latest version of the ERP database to facilitate the ongoing purchasing process.

Dalam setiap proses produksi, perusahaan harus mempunyai tim yang menangani kegiatan pembelian dan pengadaan barang yang diperlukan untuk kegiatan proses produksi. Proses purchasing bertanggung jawab pada permintaan, pembelian barang dan pemilihan supplier. Dalam proses purchasing membutuhkan tools untuk membantu proses tersebut. salah satunya menggunakan software ERP. Namun, software ERP yang sudah ada memiliki beberapa kekurangan. Untuk mengetahui proses purchasing yang menggunakan sistem ERP, penulis melakukan gambaran proses purchasing yang menggunakan sistem ERP menggunakan aplikasi Odoo. Penggunaan aplikasi Odoo terbilang cukup efektif dan mudah dipahami. Odoo juga memiliki tampilan yang cukup mudah dimengerti dan dapat terintegrasi antar departemen yang cukup mudah di aplikasikan di perusahaan lewat modul – modul yang tersedia Adapun saran untuk departemen purchasing agar menggunakan database ERP versi terbaru agar memudahkan proses purchasing yang sedang berjalan.
