Abstract

Pengujian ini dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan pada proses extrution lamination di PT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK, masalah yang terjadi ada pada kemasan sauce powder dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan terakhir serta pengamatan sudah dilakukan dengan proses pengecekan menggunakan dial thickness gauge. Masalah terdeteksi pada proses sliting yang menyebabkan roll bengkak, gembos, dan beralur, maka dibutuhkan identifikasi problem di mesin single extrution lamination dengan menggunakan metode observasi yang dilakukan secara langsung ke lapangan, lalu wawancara dengan orang-orang terkait yang berhubungan langsung ke produk seperti operator atau supervisor. Setelah itu ketika masalah sudah ditemukan maka penuliss akan memberikan hasil laporan upaya bisa jadi bahan pertimbangan perusahaan untuk menjaga kualitas produk.

This test was conducted to address the issues in the extrusion lamination process at PT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK. The problem has been occurring in the packaging of sauce powder over the past 3 months, and observations have been made using a dial thickness gauge. The issue was detected in the slitting process, which caused the rolls to become swollen, deflated, and grooved. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the problems in the single extrusion lamination machine using direct field observations and interviews with relevant individuals involved in the product, such as operators or supervisors. Once the problems have been identified, the writer will provide a report on the findings, which can serve as a reference for the company in maintaining product quality
