PERMASALAHAN MISREGISTER PADA HASIL CETAK KEMASAN SNACK DENGAN MESIN ROTOGRAVURE DI PT. INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR

ABSTRACT
PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk – Packaging Division is a factory that produces flexible packaging that is worldwide and has many plants in Indonesia. In the production process, printing flexible packaging using a rotogravure machine cannot be separated from defects or visual defects. Several types of visual defects in the printing process on rotogravure machines are colors that do not match color standards, misregisters, blocking, scratch and ink that does not adhere to the film. Therefore, Quality Control is needed so that defects can be minimized and the printed results can be continued to the next process.. The misregister problem is one of the problems that often occurs during the packaging printing process with a rotogravure machine. Therefore, Quality Control is needed by finding the causes of misregisters and how to overcome the problem.

PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk – Packaging Division adalah salah satu pabrik yang memproduksi jenis kemasan fleksibel yang sudah mendunia dan memiliki banyak plant di Indonesia. Beberapa jenis cacat visual pada proses cetak di mesin rotogravure adalah warna yang tidak sesuai dengan standar warna, misregister, blocking, baret dan tinta kurang merekat ke film. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Quality Control (pengendalian kualitas) agar terjadinya defect bisa diminimalisir dan membuat hasil cetak bisa dilanjutkan ke proses selanjutnya. Permasalahan misregister adalah salah satu masalah yang sering terjadi pada saat proses cetak kemasan dengan mesin rotogravure. Oleh karena itu diperlukannya pengendalian kualitas dengan cara mencari penyebab terjadinya misregister dan cara mengatasi masalahnya.
