Optimalisasi Preventive Maintenance pada Pisau KKG Mesin Flexography 2 di PT Rapipack Asritama

The purpose of this section is to explain the cost of preventative maintenance using a method to enforce a preventive maintenance policy on KKG/corrugated box machines, Flexography 2. The current study is being conducted based on observations made when the product is being produced in large quantities as well as problems with the KKG results. Then, the professor examined the problem with the KKG test results and advised the company to pay a preventive maintenance fee to maintain KKG's equipment so that it operates at its best. The findings of this study should enable us to offer the best possible recommendations to the business.

Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui biaya preventive maintenance dengan metode perhitungan preventive maintenance policy pada pisau pemotong KKG/ corrugated box mesin Flexography 2. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan observasi langsung di lapangan dengan mengamati banyak order produksi serta masalah pada hasil pemotongan KKG. Kemudian, penulis mengamati masalah hasil pemotongan KKG tersebut dan mengaitkan dengan biaya preventive maintenance yang dikeluarkan perusahaan untuk perawatan pisau KKG hingga mendapatkan perawatan secara optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan saran rekomendasi kepada perusahaan terkait perawatan yang optimal.
