IDENTIFIKASI SLIP PADA KOPLING MANUAL MOBIL PANTHER PICK UP DI PT ASTRA INTERNATIONAL TBK ISUZU CIPUTAT

PT Astra International Tbk Isuzu Ciputat is a company that manages the
automotive industry that focuses on diesel engines. The most common problem
found in the field when the writer was doing industrial practice was damage to
the clutch of the Isuzu Panther Pick Up vehicle. Know the causes, solutions,
and prevention of manual clutch slip. The methods used are library research,
observation, and interviews. Analyzing the slip on the manual clutch of a
panther car at PT Astra International Tbk Isuzu Ciputat. Cause Slip on the
clutch occurs because of how to use the wrong clutch. The solution to slippage
in the clutch is to replace the components in the manual clutch. Prevention of
slippage in the manual clutch is by carrying out maintenance and checking on
manual clutch components such as pedals, clutch oil, clutch master, and clutch
pads. In conclusion, using the manual clutch with the wrong technique will
cause the clutch to slip.

PT Astra International Tbk Isuzu Ciputat merupakan perusahan yang
mengelola industri otomotif yang berfokus pada mesin diesel. Permasalahan
yang paling banyak ditemukan di lapangan saat penulis melakukan praktek
industri yaitu terjadi kerusakan pada kopling kendaraan Isuzu Panther Pick Up.
Mengetahui penyebab, solusi, dan pencegahan slip kopling manual. Metode
yang digunakan yaitu studi Pustaka, observasi, dan wawancara. Menganalisa
slip pada kopling manual mobil panther di PT Astra International Tbk Isuzu
Ciputat. Penyebab Slip pada kopling terjadi karena cara penggunaan kopling
yang salah. Solusi untuk slip pada kopling yaitu dengan mengganti komponen
pada kopling manual. Pencegahan slip pada kopling manual yaitu dengan
melakukan perawatan dan pengecekan pada komponen kopling manual seperti
pedal, minyak kopling, master kopling, dan kampas kopling. Kesimpulannya
apabila menggunakan kopling manual dengan teknik yang salah akan
menyebabkan slip pada kopling.
