Analisis Masalah Scumming Pada Hasil Cetak Buku TIK Aktif SD Kelas 2 Pada Mesin Heidelberg XL-105 Di PT Glora Aksara Pratama

ABSTACT
The offset printing system has several advantages, such as the relatively low cost of making prints and the faster processing time for printing prints. However, running the offset printing process is very difficult because there are many problems with the offset machine printing results.So the author took the initiative to compile a final project entitled "Analysis of Scumming Problems in the Printing of Active ICT Books Class 2 Vel 8 on the Heidelberg Xl-105 machine". The purpose of preparing this Final Project report is to find out the factors that cause scumming in the printed Active ICT book for SD Class 2 Vel 8 on the Heidelberg XL-105 machine and the solutions to the factors that cause scumming in the printed Active ICT book for SD Class 2 Vel 8 On the Heidelberg XL-105 Machine. The author
uses data collection methods by observing during industrial practice, interviews are also conducted by discussing with operators and other employees concerned and literature studies from various sources such as books, journals, scientific papers, articles within the last 10 years.

ABSTRAK
Sistem cetak offset memiliki beberapa keunggulan seperti biaya pembuatan cetakan yang relatif murah dan waktu proses pembuatan cetakan yang lebih cepat. Namun menjalankan proses cetak offset sangat sulit karena terdapat banyaknya permasalahan pada hasil cetakan mesin offset. Maka penulis berinisiatif untuk menyusun Tugas Akhir yang berjudul "Analisis Masalah Scumming Pada Hasil Cetak Buku TIK Aktif SD Kelas 2 Vel 8 Pada Mesin Heidelberg Xl-105 Penyusunan laporan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya scumming pada hasil cetakan buku TIK Aktif SD Kelas 2 Vel 8 Pada Mesin Heidelberg XL-105 dan solusi dari faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya scumming pada hasil cetakan buku TIK Aktif SD Kelas 2 Vel 8 Pada Mesin
Heidelberg XL-105. Penulis menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi selama masa praktik industri, wawancara juga dilakukan dengan berdiskusi bersama operator dan karyawan lainnya yang bersangkutan dan studi pustaka dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, karya ilmiah, artikel dalam rentang waktu 10 tahun terakhir.
