THE INFLUENCE OF THE ROLE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT ON THE QUALITY OF WORK OF CENTURY PARK HOTEL JAKARTA EMPLOYEES

ABSTRACT
The Human Resources Department is a division whose job is to manage employees. every company definitely has a human resources division to manage its employees starting from recruiting, providing training, managing performance evaluations, formulating regulations or SOP, managing payroll and others but the Human Resources Department also has other programs to improve the quality of employee work. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the role of the Human Resources Department has to improve the work quality of employees, as long as researchers carry out industrial practices at the Century Park Hotel Jakarta and identify not a few employees whose quality does not meet all the criteria, therefore the researcher wants to do more research. how much influence does the role of the Human Resources Department have on the quality of employee work. The method used in this study is quantitative using descriptive data analysis techniques, correlation and simple linear regression. The researcher found that the human resources department at Century Park Hotel has fulfilled the requirements as the Human Resources Department.

ABSTRAK
Human Resources Department merupakan sebuah divisi yang bertugas untuk mengelola karyawan. setiap perusahaan pasti memiliki divisi sumber daya manusia untuk mengelola karyawannya mulai dari perekrutan, menyediakan pelatihan, mengelola evaluasi kinerja, merumuskan peraturan atau SOP, mengurus payroll dan lainnya namun Human Resources Department juga memiliki program-program lainnya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan. tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh peran Human Resources Department untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja karyawan, selama peneliti melakukan praktik industri di century park hotel jakarta dan mengidentifikasi tidak sedikit terdapat beberapa karyawan yang kualitas nya belum memenuhi seluruh kriteria maka dari itu peneliti ingin meneliti lebih jauh seberapa pengaruh peran Human Resources Department terhadap kualitas kerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif, korelasi dan regresi linear sederhana. Peneliti menemukan bahwa human resources department century park hotel telah memenuhi syarata sebagai Human Resources Department.
