PENERAPAN RISK CONTROL PADA AREA MESIN CETAK BUKU BERDASARKAN MOTEDE HIRARC DI CV PANCA KARYA SEJAHTERA

The author's background is interested in making this final project, namely that there are work accidents and workers who do not apply occupational safety and health in the book printing machine area at CV Panca Karya Sejahtera. These accidents include: Finger scratched the side of the printing plate, noise, flying dust. The purpose of this observation is to determine the application of the risk control program in the printing machine area at CV Panca Karya Sejahtera based on the HIRARC analysis table that the author made. The use of the HIRARC method has 3 processes, namely hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control. There are 8 activities with 16 types of hazards that have different levels of risk. Three levels of risk were found in the risk printing machine area, namely 2 high risk, 9 moderate risk and 5 low risk. Activities that have the most types of hazards are printing process with a total of 4 types of hazard. The risk that has the highest risk level value is the type of physical hazard with a source of engine sound hazard with a risk level value of 12. The results of this observation are the recommendations made by the author experiencing a decrease in the risk level value compared to before the implementation of risk control. If the recommended actions are implemented by CV Panca Karya Sejahtera, it can reduce the level of risk of accidents in the printing machine area.

Latar belakang penulis tertarik untuk membuat tugas akhir ini yaitu terdapat kecelakaan kerja dan pekerja yang tidak menerapkan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada area mesin cetak buku di CV Panca Karya Sejahtera. Kecelakaan tersebut antara lain : Jari tergores sisi plat cetak, Kebisingan, debu yang bertebangan. Tujuan dari pengamatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan progam risk control pada area mesin cetak di CV Panca Karya Sejahtera berdasarkan tabel analisis HIRARC yang penulis buat. Penggunaan metode HIRARC memiliki 3 proses yaitu identifikasi bahaya, penilaian resiko, pengendalian resiko. Terdapat 8 kegiatan dengan 16 jenis bahaya yang memiliki nilai tingkat resiko yang berbeda-beda. Ditemukan tiga tingkatan resiko di area mesin cetak resiko tersebut adalah resiko resiko tinggi (high risk) yang berjumlah 2, resiko sedang (moderate risk) yang berjumlah 9 dan risiko rendah (low risk) yang berjumlah 5. Kegiatan yang memiliki jenis bahaya paling banyak ialah proses mencetak dengan jumlah 4 jenis bahaya. Resiko yang memiliki nilai tingkat resiko tertinggi ialah jenis bahaya fisik dengan sumber bahaya suara mesin dengan nilai tingkat resiko 12. Hasil dari pengamatan ini tindakan rekomendasi yang dibuat penulis mengalami penurunan nilai tingkat resiko dibandingkan sebelum jika diterapkan penerapan risk control. Jika tindakan rekomendasi di terapkan oleh pihak CV Panca Karya Sejahtera maka dapat menurun tingkat resiko kecelakan di area mesin cetak.
