LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR ANALISIS KERUSAKAN KOMPONEN POMPA OLI DI MESIN BOILER di PT.Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk Packging Division

ABSTRAK
Pompa oli merupakan komponen kritis dalam sistem boiler yang berperan
penting dalam memastikan aliran pelumas yang memadai ke komponen-
komponen mesin boiler. Kerusakan pada komponen pompa oli dapat
mengakibatkan penurunan efisiensi, gangguan operasional, dan bahkan
kegagalan total sistem boiler. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memahami
penyebab kerusakan komponen pompa oli di boiler dan mengidentifikasi solusi
yang tepat untuk mencegahnya penulisan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan
kombinasi antara studi literatur, pengamatan langsung pada mesin boiler, dan
analisis kegagalan komponen yang rusak. pencarian dan analisis terhadap
literatur ilmiah, buku teks, artikel, dan sumber informasi terpercaya lainnya
yang berkaitan dengan kerusakan komponen pompa oli di boiler yang terjadi
pada komponen ini melibatkan identifikasi terhadap komponen pompa oli yang
umumnya terpapar keausan, kebocoran, korosi, atau kerusakan lainnya data
pengamatan ini berguna untuk komponen pompa oli pada situasi operasional
sebenarnya komponen pompa oli yang mengalami kerusakan atau kegagalan
dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode seperti analisis visual. Tujuan analisis
kegagalan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan yang spesifik
pada komponen dan mengambil wawasan yang berharga mengenai faktor yang
berkontribusi terhadap kerusakan tersebut.

The oil pump is a critical component in the boiler system which plays an
important role in ensuring adequate flow of lubricant to the boiler engine
components. Damage to the oil pump components can result in decreased
efficiency, operational disruptions, and even total failure of the boiler system.
Therefore, it is important to understand the causes of damage to the oil pump
component in the boiler and identify the right solution to prevent it. search and
analysis of scientific literature, text books, articles, and other reliable sources
of information related to damage to oil pump components in boilers that occur
in this component involves identifying oil pump components that are generally
exposed to wear, leaks, corrosion, or other data damage This observation is
useful for oil pump components in actual operational situations. Oil pump
components that experience damage or failure are analyzed using methods
such as visual analysis. The purpose of this failure analysis is to identify the
cause of a specific failure in a component and gain valuable insight into the
factors that contribute to that failure.
