PERMASALAHAN PENCETAKAN KEMASAN BERBAHAN ART CARTON 310 GSM MENGGUNAKAN MESIN CETAK OFSET HEIDELBERG SM CD-102 DI PT SUBURMITRA GRAFISTAMA

ABSTRACT
Along with advances in technology and industry, this printing method is one of the most suitable printing methods for producing packaging from cardboard as a base material. Observation makes direct observations at the scene. Literature Study To add to the completeness of the information in this Final Project, various references to scientific writings and articles/journals related to the topic that the author raises are used. The interview is a procedure using the direct interview method with the respondent. Art Carton paper has a greater thickness than standard paper. ink specifically designed for ofset printing, especially for substrates such as cardboard. The author knows the causes and solutions to the problems of folding, skewing or jamming on the Heidelberg SM CD-102 ofset printing machine. Knowing the causes and solutions of ink problems when printing art cartons on the Heidelberg SM CD-102 ofset printing machine. Knowing the causes and solutions for blurry prints, uneven lines, or even damage to printed materials on the Heidelberg SM CD-102 ofset printing machine.

Bersamaan dengan kemajuan teknologi serta industri, metode cetak ini ialah salah satu metode cetak yang sesuai untuk memproduksi kemasan dari bahan dasar kertas karton. Observasi melakukan pengamatan secara langsung ditempat kejadian. Studi Pustaka untuk menambahkan kelengkapan informasi dalam Tugas Akhir ini digunakan berbagai referensi karya tulis ilmiah dan artikel/jurnal yang berkaitan dengan topik yang penulis angkat. Wawancara merupakan tata cara dengan metode wawancara langsung dengan responden.Kertas Art Carton yang memiliki ketebalan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kertas standar. tinta yang dirancang khusus untuk cetak ofset, terutama untuk substrat seperti karton. Penulis mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan terjadinya lipatan, kemiringan atau macet pada mesin cetak ofset Heidelberg SM CD-102. Mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan tinta pada saat mencetak art carton pada mesin cetak ofset Heidelberg SM CD-102 . Mengetahui penyebab dan solusi terjadinya cetakan buram, garis-garis tidak rata, atau bahkan merusak bahan cetak pada mesin cetak ofset Heidelberg SM CD-102.
