Proses Penulisan Naskah Novel "Infinitely Yours" Melalui Wattpad

“Infinitely Yours” is a chicklit genre fiction novel produced by the author as a final product of the Publishing Study Program at the State Polytechnic of Creative Media. The novel “Infinitely Yours” has the theme of a woman experiencing Anxiety Disorder which is complemented by illustrations. The author explains the process of writing the novel "Infinitely Yours" by following the theory of the stages of writing in the book Popular Writing by Dalman (2015). The purpose of the stages of writing this report is to explain the steps for writing the novel "Infinitely Yours" via Wattpad so that it is easy to understand and interesting for readers. The method used is in the form of literature study, observation, and a simple survey regarding the publication of the Wattpad reading application in the stages of writing the novel "Infinitely Yours". In this report, the author describes the stages that were passed to write the manuscript for the novel “Infiitely Yours”. Based on the discussion, the writer divides the stages of writing the novel "Infinitely Yours" into three stages, namely pre-writing, writing, and post-writing. The author also explains the stages in publishing a novel manuscript to a free reading application Wattpad.

“Infinitely Yours” adalah novel fiksi bergenre chicklit yang dihasilkan penulis sebagai produk Tugas Akhir Program Studi Penerbitan di Politeknik Negeri Media Kreatif. Novel “Infinitely Yours” ini mengangkat tema seorang perempuan yang mengalami trauma yang dilengkapi ilustrasi pendukung. Penulis menjelaskan proses penulisan naskah novel “Infinitely Yours” dengan mengikuti teori tahapan menulis dalam buku Penulisan populer karya Dalman (2015). Tujuan tahapan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk menjelask an langkah-langkah penulisan novel “Infinitely Yours” melalui wattpad agar mudah dipahami dan menarik bagi pembaca. Metode yang dipakai berupa studi pustaka, observasi, dan survei sederhana mengenai publikasi terhadap aplikasi membaca wattpad dalam tahapan menulis naskah novel “Infinitely Yours”. Dalam laporan ini, penulis menjabarkan tahapan-tahapan yang dilewati untuk menuliskan naskah novel “Infiite ly Yours” . Berdasarkan pembahasan, penulis membagi tahapan penulisan naskah novel “Infinitely Yours” menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu pra penulisan, penulisan, dan pasca penulisan. Penulis juga menjelaskan tahapan dalam mempublikasi naskah novel ke sebuah aplikasi membaca gratis Wattpad.
