EFEKTIVITAS PENGENDALIAN EXPENSE TERHADAP GROSS OPERATING PROFIT (GOP) DI THE TRIBRATA DARMAWANGSA

The Tribrata Darmawangsa has strategies and policies regarding effective and efficient expense control. The Tribrata was able to maintain the GOP (Gross Operating Profit) level for the last few years, however, there are factors that influence the effectiveness of expense control over the GOP (Gross Operating Profit), namely, global policy, declining consumer interest, and also purchases of goods that competitive. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of expense control on GOP (Gross Operating Profit). This study uses a descriptive qualitative method in which data collection is obtained by conducting interviews, as well as literature studies, as well as documentation with 3 selected informants. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the factor that most influences the effectiveness of expense control is the budgeting analysis of the DOF (Director of Finance). Then the expense control at The Tribrata Darmawangsa is very effective because it always reaches the target within the specified time period.

The Tribrata Darmawangsa memiliki strategi serta kebijakan tentang pengendalian expense yang efektif dan efisien. The Tribrata mampu untuk mempertahankan tingkat GOP (Gross Operating Profit) selama beberapa tahun terakhir, akan tetapi ada factor factor yang mempengaruhi ke efektivitasan pengendalian expense terhadap GOP (Gross Operating Profit) yakni, kebijakan global, turunnya daya minat konsumen, dan juga pembelian barang yang bersifat kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui factor factor yang mempengaruhi ke efektivitasan pengendalian expense terhadap GOP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara, serta studi kepustakaan, dan juga dokumentasi dengan 3 informan terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, factor yang paling mempengaruhi efektivitas pengendalian expense adalah analisis budgeting dari DOF (Director Of Finance). Kemudian pengendalian expense pada The Tribrata Darmawangsa ini sudah sangat efektif karena selalu mencapai target dalam periode waktu yang di tentukan.
