Abstract

Pelatihan karyawan merupakan aktivitas manajemen sumber daya manusia di hotel dengan tujuan meningkatkan soft skill dan hard skill per individu maupun kelompok dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran pelatihan karyawan dan kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh pelatihan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta sebanyak 74 responden. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik Analisa Data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas dan uji analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan karyawan di Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta dinilai sangat baik oleh responden karena Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta memfasilitasi pelatihan dengan pelatih yang berkualitas. Kinerja karyawan di hotel Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta dinilai sangat baik oleh responden karena para karyawan selalu datang bekerja tepat waktu dan mempunyai inisiatif yang tinggi. Pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di hotel Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta karena diketahui nilai t hitung sebesar 3,735 > t tabel (2,646 ).

Employee training is a human resource management activity in hotels with the aim of improving soft skills and hard skills per individual and group and improving employee performance. This research was conducted to determine how the picture of employee training and employee performance as well as the effect of employee training on employee performance Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta. The population used in this study was employees of Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta as many as 74 respondents. This research method uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, normality tests, linearity tests and simple linear regression analysis tests. The results of this study show that employee training at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta is rated very good by respondents because Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta facilitates training with qualified trainers. The performance of employees at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hotel was rated very good by respondents because employees always come to work on time and have high initiative. Employee training affects employee performance at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta hotel because it is known that the calculated t value is 3.735 > t table (2.646).
