LAPORAN TUGAS AKHIR PENERAPAN TEKS EKSPOSISI PADA PENULISAN NASKAH BUKU ANAK “UHUK!!! SENA BATUK”

The manuscript book "Uhuk!!! Sena Coughs" tells the story of a child named Sena
who when coughing does not cover his nose and mouth. During class, Sena's cough
disrupts learning activities. In connection with the process of writing the children's
book script, this final project report will explain the process of writing a children's
book script. The literature review used to conduct the writing process of this final
project report is Else Liliani's thesis (2006) with the application of exposition text
theory Febrianti and Indri Amalia (2023:32). The author uses literature study and
interview methods. In the final project report, the author explains the writing
process starting from the pre-writing stage, draft writing, revision stage, editing
and publication stage. in addition, the author also applies expository text to the
children's story. In the children's story book "Uhuk!!! Sena Batuk" has 42 pages
with a target audience of 8-9 years old.

Naskah buku “Uhuk!!! Sena Batuk” menceritakan tentang seorang anak
bernama Sena yang ketika batuk tidak menutup hidung dan mulut. Saat dikelas
batuk Sena menggangu kegiatan belajar. Berkaitan dengan proses penulisan naskah
buku anak tersebut, laporan tugas akhir ini akan menjelaskan proses penulisan
naskah buku anak. Tinjauan pustaka yang digunakan untuk melakukan proses
penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini adalah tesis Else Liliani (2006) dengan Febrianti
dan Indri Amalia dengan penerapan teks eksposisi (2023:32). Penulis menggunakan
metode studi kepustakaan dan wawancara. Dalam laporan tugas akhir, penulis
menjelaskan proses penulisan mulai dari tahap pra-penulisan, penulisan draf, tahap
revisi, tahap penyuntingan dan publikasi. selain itu, penulis juga menerapkan teks
eksposisi pada cerita anak tersebut. Pada buku cerita anak “Uhuk!!! Sena Batuk
terdapat sebanyak 42 halaman dengan target pembaca 8-9 tahun.
