of the Return Spring causing a reduction in pressure when carrying out the
mechanical movement of the Wheel Loader heavy equipment. By using the method

to understand for both yourself and others. Based on the identification and repair
of relief valve components, problems with the relief valve are caused by damage to
the O- the ring is torn, the relief valve is experiencing problems and the hydraulic
system is leaking. It is advisable to schedule maintenance on heavy equipment units
on a regular basis to maintain unit performance and the service life of the Wheel
Loader components in accordance with standard usage.

Permasalahan yang terjadi di Unit Produksi Asphalt Mixing Plant Cileungsi
HAKAASTON adalah kerusakan yang terjadi pada komponen Relief Valve
mengacu pada O-ring dari Return Spring menyebabkan terjadinya pengurangan
tekanan pada saat melakukan gerakan mekanis alat berat Wheel Loader.dengan
menggunakan metode mengorganisasikan data ke dalam kategori, menguraikannya
ke dalam unit-unit, menggabungkan, menyusun pola, memilih apa yang penting
untuk dipelajari, dan menarik kesimpulan sehingga mudah dipahami baik untuk diri
sendiri maupun orang lain.Berdasarkan identifikasi dan perbaikan komponen relief
valve, terjadinya kendala pada relief valve disebabkan kerusakan O-ring yang
robek, relief valve mengalami kendala dan sistem hidraulik bocor.Sebaiknya
dilakukan penjadwalan perawatan pada unit alat berat secara berkala untuk menjaga
performa unit dan massa pakai komponen Wheel Loader yang secara sesuai dengan
penggunaan standart.
