TINJAUAN DOKUMEN SEKURITI PADA E-BPKB RODA EMPAT (R4) MENGGUNAKAN RFID

ABSTRACT
The increase in counterfeiting in the manufacture of BPKB by persons who are not authorized to change the BPKB to become E-BPKB to anticipate counterfeiting. In this case, the difference between BPKB and E-BPKB contains security features in documents and the application of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) in the E-BPKB document. Therefore, the author tries to carry out the observation process with data collection techniques carried out during industrial practices at the Indonesian National Police Cooperative Holding Company. The discussion of this research is to review (1) Differences in the form of BPKB and E-BPKB, (2) Security features contained in the E-BPKB document which consists of page contents, protective layers, and security in the DOVID hologram, and (3) Process flow in the application of RFID. With this discussion, it is concluded in this review to find out the differences in the forms contained in the BPKB and E-BPKB, the security features contained in the E-BPKB, and the application of the RFID process flow starting from vehicle data and BPKB owner to E-BPKB that can be used by the owner vehicle.

ABSTRAK
Meningkatnya pemalsuan dalam pembuatan BPKB oleh oknum yang tidak berwenang memberikan perubahan dalam BPKB mejadi E-BPKB guna mengantisipasi adanya pemalsuan. Dalam hal ini, perbedaan antara BPKB dengan E-BPKB memuat adanya fitur keamanan dalam dokumen dan penerapan RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) dalam dokumen E-BPKB. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba untuk melakukan proses observasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan selama praktik industri di perusahaan Induk Koperasi Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia. Adapun bahasan penelitian ini yaitu meninjau (1) Perbedaan bentuk BPKB dengan E-BPKB, (2) Fitur keamanan yang terdapat dalam dokumen E-BPKB yang terdiri dari isi halaman, lapisan pelindung, dan pengaman dalam hologram DOVID, serta (3) Alur proses dalam penerapan RFID. Dengan adanya pembahasan tersebut, disimpulkan dalam peninjauan ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan bentuk yang terdapat pada BPKB dan E-BPKB, fitur keamanan yang terdapat pada E-BPKB dan penerapan alur proses RFID mulai dari data kendaraan dan pemilik BPKB menjadi E-BPKB yang dapat digunakan pemilik kendaraan.
