Permasalahan Proses Pengelasan Kerangka Bed Rumah Sakit Menggunakan Mesin Robot Welding Di PT Paramount Bed Indonesia

The author sees that problems in the welding process of hospital bed frames with robot welding machines affect the quality of the welding results, various problems occur in the welding process, including: welding that is not centered, porous or corroded welding results and problems with non-standard jigs. As research material to identify existing problems. In the process of welding a hospital mattress frame, it requires a jig, its job is to place the material to become a mattress frame during the direct welding process, input the material according to the size of the jig, then clamp the jig to lock the material so that it does not move during the welding process. then setting the size of the voltage and amperage in accordance with the standard working drawings or material thickness. the author knows and understands the steps from start to finish of the process of welding a hospital mattress frame using a robot welding machine, knowing the causes and solutions to the problem of off center welding, porous or corroded welding results.

Penulis melihat bahwa permasalahan pada proses pengelasan kerangka tempat tidur rumah sakit dengan mesin las robot welding mempengaruhi kualitas hasil pengelasan, berbagai permasalahan terjadi dalam proses pengelasan antara lain : pengelasan yang tidak center, hasil pengelasan keropos atau korosi dan permasalahan pada jig tidak standar. Sebagai bahan penelitian untuk mengindentifikasi permasalahan yang ada. Pada proses pengelasan kerangka kasur rumah sakit memerlukan jig, tugasnya sebagai tempat material untuk menjadi kerangka kasur saat proses pengelasan secara langsung, masukan material sesuai ukuran pada jig kemudian clamp jig untuk mengunci material agar tidak tergeser saat proses pengelasan. kemudian setting ukuran voltase dan ampere sesuai dengan standar gambar kerja atau ketebalan material. penulis mengetahui dan mengerti langkah-langkah dari awal hingga akhir proses pengelasan kerangka kasur rumah sakit menggunakan mesin robot welding, mengetahui penyebab dan solusi dari permasalahan pengelasan tidak center, hasil pengelasan keropos atau korosi.
