PERMASALAHAN DALAM PROSES LAMINASI KERTAS IVORY 210 GSM DENGAN PLASTIK METALIZE MENGGUNAKAN MESIN JIALITE DI PT WAHYU ANUGRAH INTERNASIONAL

Pada proses produksi laminasi kertas ivory 210 gsm melalui proses mesin laminating. Pada proses produksi terdapat permasalahan pada laminasi kertas ivory 210 gsm . Salah satu penyebab yang mengurangi nilai tampilan tersebut yaitu mengalami kerusakan saat proses laminasi. Faktornya adalah operator mesin laminating memberikan tension kurang tepat dan penggunaan lem terlalu tipis sehingga terjadinya defect saat proses laminasi. Tujuan dalam Tugas Akhir ini yaitu untuk mengetahui cara mengatasi terjadinya kerusakan pada proses laminasi kertas ivory 210 gsm. Pengecekan kerusakan pada proses laminasi kertas ivory 210 gsm dapat dilakukan secara langsung dengan pengecekan visual tanpa adanya bantuan alat. Dengn menggunakan Teknik studi pustaka ditemukan bahwa saat proses laminasi terlihat jelas ketika kertas jalan memasuki tahap akhir terdapat kerusakan seperti gelembung, kerutan atau lipatan pada film lalu dipisahkan di tempat ruangan yang khusus dan tidak untuk di proses ke tahap selanjutnya.

In the 210 gsm ivory paper lamination production process through the laminating machine process. In the production process there are problems with lamination of ivory paper 210 gsm. One of the causes that reduce the value of the display is damage during the lamination process. The factor is that the laminating machine operator provides improper tension and the use of glue is too thin so that defects occur during the lamination process. The purpose of this Final Project is to find out how to overcome the occurrence of damage to the 210 gsm ivory paper lamination process. Checking damage in the 210 gsm ivory paper lamination process can be done directly with visual checking without the help of tools. Using literature study techniques, it was found that when the lamination process was clearly visible when the road paper entered the final stage, there was damage such as bubbles, wrinkles or folds on the film and then separated in a special room place and not to be processed to the next stage .
