IDENTIFIKASI MASALAH PADA POMPA TINTA SENTRIFUGAL MESIN PRINTING ROTOGRAVURE DI PT.INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK DIVISI FLEXIBLE PACKAGING

The centrifugal pump on a rotogravure printing machine has a significant effect on the performance of the printing machine, because it functions as a study. This final project aims to identify damage to the mechanical components of the pump. Based on machine history data and pump field observation data over the time span from week 4 to week 6 in 2023. The results of the study show that several indications of damage to the ink pump for the rotogravure printing machine at PT Indoofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk include: the occurrence of out of tolerance pump housing holes corresponding to the outer ring bearing pump shaft, damage to the outer gear keyway profile, and damage to the pump shaft keyway profile. The cause of damage to the pump components is due to the lack of implementation of SOPs and the negligence of technicians in repairing pump components

Pompa sentrifugal pada mesin printing rotogravure secara siginifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mesin printing, karena berfungsi sebagai Kajian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kerusakan pada komponen mekanik pompa. Berdasarkan data riwayat mesin dan data hasil observasi lapangan pompa selama rentang waktu dari minggu ke - 4 sampai minggu ke - 6 di tahun 2023. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa indikasi kerusakan pada pompa tinta mesin printing rotogravure di PT Indoofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk antara lain adalah terjadinya out of tolerance lubang housing pompa yang bersuaian dengan outer ring bearing poros pompa, kerusakan pada profil alur pasak gear luar, dan kerusakan pada profil alur pasak poros pompa. Penyebab kerusakan pada komponen pompa tersebut adalah disebabkan karena kurang diterapkannya SOP dan lalainya teknisi dalam melakukan perbaikan komponen pompa.
