IDENTIFIKASI DEFECT TUNNELING PADA PROSES DRY LAMINASI UNTUK PRODUK TILLAPIA FILLETS DI PT PEJALINDO NUSANTARA

ABSTRACT

PT. Pejalindo Nusantara is a company engaged in the field of plastic packaging and quality corrugated paperboard which is supported by sophisticated and high-quality and newest machines. Experienced and competent human resources in their respective fields. The goal of using SQC is to identify potential defects or nonconformances to product specifications before they become widespread. By using the SQC method, companies can take appropriate corrective actions to improve or improve product quality. Control chart is one of the important tools in SQC which provides information about production process performance and assists in making decisions for improvement. This test went through several processes, but what paid the most attention to was the process of checking the bonding strength. It could be concluded that the value generated in the bonding strength process indicated that there were many defects in the Tillapia Fillets packaging as evidenced by the unstable graphic control chart.

Pejalindo Nusantara merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang kemasan plastik dan Kertas Karton Gelombang berkualitas yang di dukung oleh mesin-mesin yang canggih dan berkualitas tinggi dan terbaru. Sumber daya manusia yang berpengalaman dan juga kompeten pada bidangnya masing-masing. Tujuan dari menggunakan SQC adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi defect atau ketidaksesuaian dengan spesifikasi produk sebelum terjadi secara luas. Dengan menggunakan metode SQC, perusahaan dapat mengambil tindakan perbaikan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan atau memperbaiki kualitas produk. Peta kendali adalah salah satu alat yang penting dalam SQC yang memberikan informasi mengenai kinerja proses produksi dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk perbaikan. Pengujian ini melewati beberapa proses namun yang paling diperhatikan adalah proses pengecekan bonding strength. Hal analisis menunjukan bahwa nilai yang dihasilkan pada proses bonding strength ini terdapat banyak defect pada kemasan Tillapia Fillets dengan dibuktikan pada peta kendali yang grafiknya tidak stabil.
