TINJAUAN PENYEBAB TERJADINYA KERUSAKAN KOMPONEN PADA POMPA DIAFRAGMA DI MESIN DRY LAMINATION PT INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK

One aspect that can affect the decrease in productivity in the production process carried out by dry lamination machines is caused by damage to the components inside the diaphragm pump. This damage occurred due to the implementation of preventive maintenance that was not carried out according to a predetermined schedule. Damage that occurs because preventive maintenance is not carried out on the diaphragm pump so that when damage occurs corrective maintenance is carried out to restore the condition of the diaphragm pump so that it can be used again, even though the performance is not as before.

Salah satu aspek yang bisa mempengaruhi penurunan produktifitas dalam proses produksi yang dilakukan oleh mesin dry lamination yakni diakibatkan karena kerusakan yang terjadi pada komponen didalam pompa diafragma. Kerusakan ini terjadi diakibatkan oleh pelaksanaan preventive maintenance yang tidak dilakukan sesuai jadwal yang telah ditentukan. Kerusakan yang terjadi karena tidak dilakukannya preventive maintenance pada pompa diafragma sehingga ketika terjadi kerusakan dilakukan corrective maintenance untuk mengembalikan kondisi pompa diafragma agar bisa digunakan kembali, meskipun performa tidak seperti semula.
