Tinjauan rekomendasi perawatan griper pada mesin komori lithrone G29 di PT Bright grafa machinery

The purpose of this paper is to find out the cause of the griper jamming on the Komori Lithrone G29 machine in a consumer company, how to properly care for the griper according to recommendations from PT Bright Grafa Machinery, and find out why technicians cannot handle damage to the griper. The methods used are observation, literature study and interviews as well as documentation. The conclusion is that the problem that often occurs in the komori lithrone G29 engine at PT consumers is a stuck griper caused by dirt and not being lubricated on time, how to care for the griper according to recommendations from PT Bright Grafa Machinery on machines at PT consumers if dirty, cleaned using warm water then brushed using steel wire and carrying out standard lubrication from PT Bright Grafa Machinery, 1 time in 7 days, the reason why technicians at consumer companies cannot handle damage to the griper because they do not follow maintenance recommendations from PT Bright Grafa Machinery, namely only using alcohol.

Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penyebab macetnya griper pada mesin komori lithrone G29 di perusahaan konsumen, cara merawat griper yang benar sesuai rekomendasi dari PT Bright Grafa Machinery, dan mengetahui penyebab teknisi tidak bisa menangani kerusakan pada griper. Metode yang digunakan yaitu, observasi, studi pustaka dan wawancara serta dokumentasi. Kesimpulannya ialah permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada mesin komori lithrone G29 di PT konsumen yaitu griper macet yang disebabkan oleh kotor dan tidak tepat waktu saat pelumasan, cara merawat griper menurut rekomendasi PT Bright Grafa Machinery pada mesin di PT konsumen jika kotor dibersihkan menggunakan air hangat lalu disikat menggunakan kawat baja dan melakukan pelumasan sesuai standar dari PT Bright Grafa Machinery, 1 kali dalam 7 hari, penyebab teknisi di perusahaan konsumen tidak bisa menangani kerusakan pada griper karena tidak mngikuti rekomendasi perawatan dari PT Bright Grafa Machinery yaitu hanya dengan menggunakan alkohol.
