PEMBUATAN BUKU KATALOG SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGENALAN OBJEK-OBJEK WISATA KECAMATAN MUARA KABUPATEN TAPANULI UTARA

ABSTRAK

The object of the final project in this report is a travel catalog book of Muara's attractions, consisting of 21 pages. The cover is made of TIK paper, while the pages are made of construction paper, and it is bound with a spiral or ring binding. This catalog book covers three types of tourist attractions in Muara District: natural attractions, cultural attractions, and recreational parks. There are 16 tourist attractions presented in this catalog book. The purpose of writing this report is to serve as an alternative means, providing information and serving as an economical promotional tool. The literature review in this final project report includes the work of Putra Uji Deva and Satrio entitled "Travel Catalog Book of Surabaya City." The research methods used in creating this catalog book include observation, interviews, and literature study. The discussion in this final project report focuses on the design concept of the catalog book, combining elements of Batak natural and cultural tourism, using green as a representation of nature and the colors of the Batak flag. The process of creating this catalog book involved the use of Adobe Photoshop 2021 and Adobe Illustrator 2021 software. The conclusion drawn from this final project report is that the author contributed to the design process of the catalog book, aimed at providing information, introducing, and promoting the tourist attractions in Muara District, North Tapanuli Regency, to the public.

Objek tugas akhir pada laporan ini adalah buku katalog wisata pesona Muara dengan jumlah 21 halaman, yang menggunakan kertas TIK untuk cover dan kertas konstruk untuk isi halaman, serta dijilid dengan spiral atau jilid ring. Buku katalog ini mencakup tiga jenis objek wisata di Kecamatan Muara, yaitu wisata alam, wisata budaya, dan taman rekreasi. Terdapat 16 objek wisata yang disajikan dalam buku katalog ini. Tujuan penulisan pada laporan ini adalah sebagai sarana alternatif dan sebagai sarana informasi serta sarana promosi yang ekonomis. Tinjauan pustaka pada laporan tugas akhir ini adalah karya dari Putra Uji Deva dan Satrio yang berjudul Buku Katalog Wisata Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pembuatan buku katalog ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pembahasan pada laporan tugas akhir ini adalah konsep desain buku katalog yang menggabungkan unsur wisata alam dan budaya Batak dengan menggunakan warna hijau sebagai representasi alam dan warna bendera Batak. Proses pembuatan buku katalog ini melalui perangkat lunak Adobe Photoshop 2021 dan Adobe Illustrator 2021. Simpulan yang di peroleh dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah penulis membantu dalam proses desain buku katalog yang bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi atau mengenalkan dan mempromosikan objek-objek wisata yang ada di Kecamatan Muara Kabupaten Tapanuli Utara kepada masyarakat.
