OPTIMALISASI KINERJA MESIN RECLAIMER TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS DISTILASI SOLVENT DI PT.INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR TBK

Setelah proses produksi masih terdapat sisa bahan sehingga banyak bahan
baku yang tidak terpakai dan menjadi limbah. Salah satunya adalah bahan pelarut.
Pelarut yang tersisa dapat digunakan untuk mencuci tangki tinta, tetapi Pelarut tidak
dapat digunakan kembali selama masih tercampur dengan tinta. Pelarut yang tersisa
dapat digunakan kembali jika pelarut tersebut menjadi satu zat kimia. Oleh karena
itu, dengan konsep proses daur ulang bahan pelarut, dalam proses daur ulang ini,
pelarut yang telah tercampur dengan tinta dapat dipisahkan dengan beberapa cara
yaitu metode destilasi, sublimasi, filtrasi. , sentrifugasi, dan kromatografi. Divisi
Flexible Packaging PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk sendiri menggunakan
metode Distilasi. Dengan mesin Reclaimer yang berfungsi memisahkan bahan
pelarut dari tinta.
