PROSES PRODUKSI PELAT CTP MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM RULES BASED AUTOMATION (RBA) PADA ISI BUKU FISIKA DI PT GRAMEDIA CIKARANG

This writing aims to determine the plate production process using the RBA system, problems and solutions in CTP plate production. The data collection techniques used in writing were obtained through primary and secondary data, which were obtained from literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The method at this writing uses a qualitative method through a problem-solving approach based on descriptions of various information about the pre-printing department at PT Printing Gramedia Cikarnag without using numbers. The results of this writing show how the Rules Based Automation (RBA) system works and there are problems with the oxidation plate during the plate production process for physics books. Room temperature and the materials used need to be considered during the production process which is the essence of the solution to the problems that occur.

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses produksi plate mengguakan sistem RBA, permasalahan maupun solusi pada produksi plate ctp. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penulisan didapat melalui data primer dan sekunder, yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode pada penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan pemecahan masalah bedasarkan uraian dari berbagai informasi mengenai bagian pracetak di PT Percetakan Gramedia Cikarnag tanpa menggunakan angka. Hasil dari penulisan ini menunjukan cara kerja sistem Rules Based Automation (RBA) dan terdapat permasalahan plate oksidasi, plate baret, plate penyok saat proses produksi plate isi buku fisika. Suhu ruangan serta bahan yang digunakan perlu diperhatikan saat proses produksi merupakan inti dari solusi permasalahan yang terjadi.
