IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB BINTIK PADA CETAKAN MENGGUNAKAN MESIN KOMORI LITHRONE CORPORATION G37 DI PT. TEMPRINT

The production process is inseparable from product defects in the form of
spots on the print. The print quality results at PT Temprint have several
deficiencies such as spots on the print, dirty/stained plates, corrugated paper
material and old machine capabilities so it is not optimal. In addition to the
several problems mentioned above, the factors that cause spots are dirty/stained
plates, old ink that has hardened, damaged blanks, poor impression on the
machine, and human error. The way to solve problems that affect print results in
the form of spots is to routinely do the zero setting program when the machine is
not operating, keep the production room clean so that there are not many stones
or dirt sticking to the plate or ink, routinely check blanks after each production is
finished, before printing The mass is careful in trying to print so that it can
minimize wasted defective products and save time if spots occur when the machine
is operating.

Proses produksi tidaklah lepas dari cacat produk yang berupa bintik pada
cetakan, Hasil kualitas cetakan di PT Temprint memiliki beberapa kekurangan
seperti bintik pada cetakan, plat yang kotor/bernoda, bahan kertas yang
bergelombang dan kemampuan mesin yang sudah tua sehingga tidak maksimal.
Selain beberapa permasalahan diatas. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan bintik
yaitu dari plat yang kotor/bernoda, tinta yang lama hingga mengeras, blanket
rusak, impression pada mesin yang kurang bagus, dan human eror. Cara
mengatasi permasalahan yang mempengaruhi hasil cetakan berupa bintik adalah
rutin melakukan program zerro setting pada saat mesin tidak beroperasi,
kebersihan ruang produksi harus terjaga agar tidak banyak batu atau kotoran yang
menempel di plat atau tinta, rutin mengecek blanket setiap selesai produksi,
sebelum melakukan cetak masal teliti dalam cetak coba sehingga dapat
meminimalisir produk cacat yang terbuang dan menghemat waktu jika terjadi
bintik pada saat mesin beroperasi.
