VARIAN SMOOTHIE SEHAT DALAM FOTOGRAFI MAKANAN

ABSTRACT

Smoothie is a drink made from fruit juice, vegetables and nuts. The popularity of this drink is still very rare, especially in the Asian Region. So that the local market competitiveness decreases regarding smoothies and the level of consumption of fruits and vegetables in the community. From the problems felt by the related authors, the authors want to increase consumer attractiveness through photo works with interesting concepts, compositions and properties in photos. The author uses basic photography theory and descriptive methods on smoothies in food photography. In conclusion, the author makes direct and indirect observations through various media platforms, direct work, and observes the environment around the sale of smoothies in the community. The author also explored the ingredients and properties of smoothies in creating the final project.

ABSTRAK

Smoothie merupakan minuman yang terbuat dari sari buah, sayuran dan kacang-kacangan. Popularitas minuman ini masih sangat jarang ditemukan, terutama di Kawasan Asia. Sehingga menurunnya daya saing pasar lokal mengenai smoothie dan rendahnya tingkat konsumsi buah dan sayuran pada masyarakat. Dari permasalahan yang dirasakan penulis terkait smoothie, penulis ingin meningkatkan daya tarik konsumen melalui karya foto dengan konsep, komposisi dan property yang menarik pada foto. Penulis menggunakan teori fotografi dasar dan metode deskriptif pada smoothie dalam fotografi makanan. Kesimpulannya, penulis melakukan observasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung melalui berbagai platform media, acuan karya, dan mengamati lingkungan sekitar mengenai penjualan smoothie di masyarakat. Penulis juga melakukan eksplorasi terhadap bahan dan properti smoothie dalam menciptakan karya tugas akhir.
